On the 17th July 2016, we will be holding a Fundraising event for Mohammed and his family as well as for Syria Relief at Room One, 12-14 Berry Street, EC1V 0AU.
At the event, we will be building models of Aleppo exactly as Mohammed does, (he has provided us with an instructional video) and then augmenting the models with interactive technology, so that participants your and old can actually play with what they build by incorporating sound effects into their creations with Bare Conductive kits.
Furthermore, we will be exploring photogrammetry and 3D printing, so that you can actually print out a small 3D scanned version of yourself to live in your newly built building.
We ask for a contribution of £20 to participate, but all proceeds will be used to not only support Mohammed and his family but also raise funds for the excellent work of Syria Relief.
Due to space restrictions, we will be staggering entry into 4 two hour slots for 30 participants, so please when booking let us know what slot is preferable:
14:30 – 16:30
16:30 – 18:30
All models, handcrafted and 3D printed are yours to take home, but unfortunately we cannot afford to give away the Bare Conductive Processors or Speakers, but they can be purchased separately.
If you would like to support Mohammed but are unable to attend, you can still donate here:
