Check out: HTC One Review

The Ferby has evolved! This robot toy developed by MIT, Harvard and Northeastern (universities in the USA) is entirely operated by an Android device which becomes it’s eyes.

The DragonBot has 5 degrees of movement giving it endless possibilities of animation, all of which can be downloaded from the internet or even learned from other DragonBots. Using Android’s speech recognition system it’s able to understand and speak virtually any language! Since the toy connects to the internet new tricks can be synchronised, and you can bet that in the future it will somehow connect to social networks.

There’s no news yet of when it’s going to arrive in the shops but we’re hoping it won’t be too expensive. It would be a massive £1000 Sony Dog style flop if they decide to sell it for that much, but even if it did Android is always there for others to develop similar toys.
