First lets get the basics out of the way. CHARLI is a series of humanoid robots developed as a research platform to study bipedal walking and autonomous behaviors for humanoid robots. It is designed to be ultra light weight (under 15 kgs) for safety and low cost. CHARLI-2 improves stability and speed in walking, intelligence and autonomy and football (soccer) playing skills.

But let us forget about all of that, what you wanted to see is CHARLI dance the now infamous Gangnam Style.
