Google continues to push Project Glass into the mainstream and has teamed up with Diane Von Furstenberg (I have no idea who this woman is, but a quick Google search declares she is a famous fashion designer for some iconic dress) to document the experience of the DVF Spring show at New York Fashion week through the eyes of the people who made it happen.

What I would like to draw attention to though is the use of Google Glass to demonstrate the potential uses for the gadget showing the uniqueness of the technology to capture moments from a totally unique perspective. This is reminiscent of when Google initially launched the project with a daring sky diving stunt. Could you imagine the models walking down the catwalk with a DSLR to take pictures of the audience, its just not that elegant.
